4. Returns and Refunds

Return Conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 to 30 days after delivery.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • We do not accept returns for:

    • Sale items

    • Customized or personalized items

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If a return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the item.
